A paid order from a WooCommerce shop becomes an invoice in Vystav with the customer, items, VAT and recorded payment. The connection is included in the Vystav plan.

Create the connection in Vystav

1. Open Settings › , API and webhooks, then Online shop (WooCommerce).
2. Enter the shop name. To issue invoices automatically, keep Immediately issue a paid order as an invoice and record payment selected. Otherwise, Vystav creates drafts for you to check and issue.
3. Click Create connection. Vystav displays the delivery URL and secret. The secret is shown only now, so copy it.

Add a webhook in WooCommerce

1. In WordPress administration, open WooCommerce › , Settings › , Advanced › , Webhooks and click Add webhook.
2. Set Status to Active, Topic to Order updated and API Version to v3.
3. Paste the delivery address into Delivery URL and the secret from Vystav into Secret. Save the webhook.

Which orders are transferred

• An invoice is created from a paid order, meaning one with status processing or completed. Vystav leaves other orders alone.
• The same order does not create a second invoice even if WooCommerce sends it again.
• Vystav reads the customer's registration number (IČO), tax number (DIČ) and VAT ID (IČ DPH) from the fields used by common Slovak and Czech company-details extensions.

The connection shows how many orders have arrived, when the latest arrived, and the last error. New secret creates a new secret; you must then also enter it in WooCommerce. Disconnect stops order transfers while keeping issued invoices.
